Return Policy

Satisfied customers are our main concern at superclonerolex.si

When you receive the rolex and find that it has quality problems, please contact us and we will replace it with a new item, or you can choose to send it back and we will give you a full refund! We are not responsible if it is man-made damage!

We also provide maintenance services, which last for 2 year. We will charge fees according to different situations,  If it is a small problem, such as a damaged watch buckle, missing screws, etc, we provide free service!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the piece you bought from us, we guarantee you will get a refund or replacement within 7 days after your purchase.

If you want to return an item for a refund, please take a few moments to read the following detail,

• Return must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, in its original packaging

• Please contact us for a Return Authorization before sending out your package

• Refund will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the returning package

• Any super clone rolex that has been modified in any way CANNOT be returned or exchanged. No worn watches can be returned
